Jentry Chau spoilers under cut
Had a thought about Jentry Chau vs the Underworld. The big fire, not Jentry's fault at all. Like she's this little girl just going shopping with her auntie and suddenly-
Warning: Avatar 3 Spoliers
Okay, so. Avatar Fire and Ash. Wow. That was something.
The whole movie, from beginning to end, had me at the edge of my seat. Every moment had me absolutely mesmerised.
As someone who's been watching Avatar ever since they were little, this was gorgeous. Every death had me on the verge of tears, every fight had me panicking.
Watching Neytiri fall like that, with an arrow in her shoulder, had me turning to my sister and grabbing her arm like my life depended on it. I was so happy to see her get to safety, because I was so concerned for her.
Seeing Lo'ak at that scene almost had me crying. Watching him throw the gun away, and the others coming to him did have me and my sister crying.
On a slightly less emotional note, that was definitely drugs Varang gave Colonel Quaritch, it had me holding back giggles because WOW, he was on some strong stuff (I wouldn't know though, I've never had any drugs).
The whole time, seeing Ronal and Neytiri fighting has me chuckling. Even when Ronal was dying, they were still arguing like it was normal, and that to me was sweet in it's own way.
I loved seeing everyone, alive or dead, in the ending, where they all accepted Spider, and the final fight had me super engaged, with the tulkun, and seeing Toruk Makto show up and fight too had me so happy.
All in all, I can't cover the whole thing, it was beautiful, and I'm so excited for the next movie. 11/10 personally.
Another great Fifteenth Doctor book I've just finished listening to is The Moon Cruise. It was so good. I really liked the setting and how they chose to explore anti capitalist themes within a cruise ship. It would do so well as a screen adaptation. I also liked the irony of the plot twist at the end.
when you leave a movie on during dinner so your family yapping session is interspersed with he is aragorn, son of arathorn and the bilbo trying to take the ring in rivendell scene
So I completely misread the Drawtober prompts and now I am behind...so I cranked out this one for the prompt Garden of Magick real quick. Inspired by the good times I have been having playing Ooblets! Nullwhere is definitely my favorite zone.
