This item drops from Scalding Whelps in the Badlands and from Searing Whelps in the Dustwallow Marsh. 

I spent quite a bit of time farming for this little guy in the badlands, and I never got him. However I tried farming in the wetlands for the first time, and I got him on the 3rd try🤦‍♀️ so if you're having a hard time finding him, just try some new farming locations!

Hi there! Today, I’m posting about my mining experience in Nagrand. I went there for Adamantite Ore, Fel Iron Ore, and Khorium Ore.

I followed the red line all the way around and hit some of the other red areas. The blue stars are near caves that have deposits. The purple star is where I found two Khorium deposits. Those were the only ones I found during my hour. The yellow triangle is where I found the Golden Draenite and it was the only one I found in the hour. I forgot where I found the Shadow Draenite, so there’s no icon on the map :)

I ended up farming for about an hour after taking Darkmoon Firewater. For anyone who doesn’t know, Darkmoon Firewater reduces the amount of time it takes you to gather ore/herbs/skins/etc. I flew from deposit to deposit and here’s what my hour got me:

213 Mote of Earth  (42 gold)

219 Adamantite Ore  (547 gold)

50 Fel Iron Ore  (200 gold)

31 Elementium Ore  (77 gold)

4 Khorium Ore  (1,000 gold)

15 Mote of Fire  (210 gold)

1 Shadow Draenite  (250 gold)

1 Golden Draenite  (245 gold)

2 Blood Garnet  (1 gold)

1 Talasite (3 gold)

The gold amounts in parenthesis next to the items are the approximate Auction House value at this time (going from the lowest ‘buy now’ price). Each Khorium Ore would be worth 250 gold, and since I got four of them, the price next to it says 1,000 gold. So during that one hour, I gathered over 2,500 gold worth of items. But as we all know, AH prices can fluctuate, so these numbers might not be accurate after the day I checked them (28 Sep 2016). Also, I felt that there weren’t as many deposits as I expected in this land, but that may have been because others were there mining as well? Not sure.

Hey! So today I decided to go farm some Thorium Ore and Truesilver Ore in the Swamp of Sorrows and thought I’d share where I went and what I got. Here’s the map:

A couple of times I ended up finding 4-5 rich veins at once in there. Usually it was small veins, but sometimes you’ll find rich ones.
