Been a while so I thought I'd say hi! How has the writing been?

hi hi! honestly - i've done a little writing, but it's been slow going. A lot of my stuff is in editing phases right now too, and I let stuff sit for a while before I go back to it.

I'm at the point in my writing where I'm a little scared of doing something new, but I know I'm gearing up to do it scared soon. XD I've been doing a lot of reading and art while I work towards that though. How's your writing been?

I really only care for Jamie as Graham/The Huntsman. I'm not really into him in other roles.

Hello dear and thank you for the ask! Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you. I've been moving all weekend. It's been crazy busy and exhausting. Alright now to answer your questions:

Best engagement/interaction/feedback- pretty much any comment from @creativem1 she has left me great comments that really delve into the meat of my fics.

Describe a fic in a weird way...daddy warlord, MC's embarrassing stories, slumber party...sorry, I am bad at this one lol.

Trope/AU I haven't written but would like to...so I have this idea for a mini series of ikesen AUs where MC made the decision to stay in the past without falling in love with any of the warlords, but just because she loves the Oda forces as a found family. Anyways, she's been there for some time by this point and ends up agreeing to marry one of the "enemy" warlords (Shingen, Kenshin, and Motonari) to help secure an alliance. Then it would be her and her new husband slowly falling in love with each other and navigating the relationship.

Writer’s Discord

Hmmm I dunno how many of you will see this, but would any of you be interested in me starting a writer’s discord? 

I’ve been missing talking about writer struggles and media analysis (like why things work in movies or TV or don’t, or raving about favorite things). I could make tabs for things like:

favorite authors, writing life, writer’s block, character building, favorite tropes, fanfiction, script-doctoring, romance, beta-reading, etc...  (I’ll think this through a little more if anyone’s serious) 

If like... 10 or more people are interested I’ll make it for 2021. Because my life is actually surprisingly neat right now but I really feel this hole in my writer brain. I need writer/media lover friends, guysssss. I need people to talk about my insane writing plans. I feel like I scream into the void like... a lot

Do you guys want to know what the worst thing about being a teacher is? The fact that my school allows the kids to chew gum in class, and there’s not a single goddamn one of them who doesn’t smack their gum.  They’re working quietly now and all but four of them are smacking gum and it’s just. A horrible horrible sound and it’s all encompassing and never have I wanted to claw my own ears off as much as I do right now.
