OBSIDIAN: A Black Womanist Writers Collective. 💗✍🏿💗

All NYC - based Black women, femmes and nonbinary writers, artists and critical scholars are welcome to apply.

The chosen members of this cohort will meet for one year (Sept 2023 - Sept 2024) for writing sessions, workshops, field trips and fun social gatherings.

Together we will co-create a book project that will be published by the museum in 2024!! 🎉

For those of you looking to grow your writing practice and/or be a part nurturing writer’s community, this is the space for you!!!
