#fall together fest - day 27 Fest: Wolfstar Big Bang 2019

Summary: Sirius Black was okay, no matter how often Lily and James and his manager were going to ask him about it. He didn't need to cancel the tour, and he didn't need an assistant to play his babysitter, and he certainly didn't need a guardian angel to fall in love with.... wait, what?

Or: the one where Sirius is lead singer of the rock band Raisin' Hell and not doing as well as he pretends he is, Remus is the world's most sarcastic guardian angel, and one Europe tour changes more than either of them expected.

Comments: Excuse me while I kick myself for not having read this sooner, because it was wonderful. A perfect blend of angst and fluff: I smiled, I cried, I listened to the mentioned songs on repeat. I now have an inescapable urge to rewatch Good Omens. This fic gave me everything I didn’t know I wanted and more.

In light of everything that’s happened recently, I’d love to spread a little bit of positivity and cooperation! The amazing @letsdothepanic has written a fic based on one of my pieces of art for Wolfstar Big Bang, and I am so proud to be able to share it with everyone!

Claire kills Kaia. It’s what Patience keeps seeing in her dreams, until one night there’s something else. There is a different Kaia grabbing her hand and telling her to stop what’s happening, to help her. And then disappears. But how could she change something that happens in a dream? Kaia is already dead and there’s no undoing of the past. And it’s not like it’s a vision of future, at least that’s what Patience says to Alex. Only, Alex reminds her of something: Kaia was a dreamwalker. Perhaps there still is a way to contact Kaia and she would just need a deeper connection, a connection like Kaia had with Claire. Will a psychic be able to bring together two souls if one of them is dead?

So I signed up for the Wayward Sisters Big Bang like an hour ago. I committed to a mini bang, 5k. I’m now 1/3 finished. 60% is due in July. We don’t post till October. I’ll probably be done tomorrow. This is why I don’t (shouldn’t) do Bangs. Because now I want to post. Then I’d have to write another. I’m bad at this. I’ll completely forget about having written it by October, and then I’ll miss the deadline, because I suck like that, and my artist will be like “Dude. Dude. Commitments and things. Reliability failure. Post on time!”

Any artist who ends up with me, ask @dmsilvisart and others who have tried to wrangle me in the past. You’ll end up as part-artist and part-authorsitter.

Anybody want to organize a Flash Bang? Where we all produce something in like two weeks, post it and it’s done? I could probably do that.

Sorry I suck. I love you all. I love the organizers of these things. I love the artists. I love SPN and Wayward. I love the fandom.

And I should probably not drink wine 🍷 while banging out a Bang. And I should definitely not “wine” while drinking.
