Please help! This fic is a non-powered, human AU fic in which Erik is Raven's friend and does not get along with Charles (Raven's brother) at all. One night, Charles and Raven have a big fight at a party (maybe a New Year's?), Charles leaves and ends up getting into a car accident and becoming paralysed. Raven never visits Charles in the hospital, so Erik starts going to keep Charles company. They begin to become friends, play chess in the hospital, and eventually fall in love. Any ideas?

I've never read this one. Hoping a follower recognizes it and can help out!

Comments: Excuse me while I kick myself for not having read this sooner, because it was wonderful. A perfect blend of angst and fluff: I smiled, I cried, I listened to the mentioned songs on repeat. I now have an inescapable urge to rewatch Good Omens. This fic gave me everything I didn’t know I wanted and more.

Comments: I have a deep, abiding, nostalgic love for You’ve Got Mail, so I was absolutely thrilled when I saw this fic. It lived up to all of my expectations and then some - the slow burn, enemies to lovers relationship, the connection through emails, and the cozy, heartwarming feel of it all.
