-very small for a dragon, can comfortably sit on top of Coal, even when he’s flying
-wears a fur collar, and has several pouches around his neck that contain various trinkets and snacks, including a seemingly endless supply of small green bananas that are able to heal injuries
-While not an animus himself, does have magical abilities that he was born with. Can temporarily take the shape of any monster or dragon, as well as gaining their abilities for a short time
-fascinated by the natural world, especially with monsters and scavengers, very knowledgeable on the topic
-enjoys wood-carving, using both his claws and a small knife to make things such as small sculptures, whistles and other instruments, or any tools that he needs
-prefers climbing to flying, very dexterous
-plays a wooden ocarina that he carved himself
-goes on long, rambling tirades about his previous experiences and past adventures
-very happy-go-lucky, accepts whatever path he’s on and tries to keep a positive outlook
-surprisingly musical, enjoys singing and performing when given the chance to do so
-acts much more ‘draconic’ and animalistic than others
-often talks about his ‘Uncle Goliath’ in his ramblings
-Comes from a tribe of mixed dragons that rejected the more conventional ways of dragon civilisation and kingdom structures that lived deep in a rainforest
-never met his father, was raised solely by his mother
-attended school when he was a dragonet, and formed an intense rivalry with his clawmate ‘Nile’ the SandWing
-was banished from the tribe after an unknown incident, and had to leave the rainforest
-travelled for many years on his own, learning about the world and becoming extremely interested in monsters and other non-dragon creatures, particularly scavengers
-has had many jobs over the years, such as a musician, carny at a travelling carnival, monster tamer/researcher for hire, and other various odd jobs
-met Frostfly when he was looking for monsters in a rainforest and didn’t realise that he had stepped right into a dragon-eating sundew plant. He knew enough about them to avoid it killing him, but didn’t know how to get out of it, and was stuck there for several hours until Frostfly found him
-after being saved from the plant, he invited Frostfly on his monster-searching trip and the two became very close friends
-him and Frostfly eventually met Gator and Coal, who immediately roped the duo into helping them commit a heist on a particularly rich dragon after Gecko misunderstood what they were being asked to do and Frostfly being unaccustomed to social conventions and not understanding their ‘hints’
-after everything came out in the open of what they were doing and the resulting mostly botched heist, the group just decided to stay together out of convenience
-has a young scavenger as his daughter, who he stole from the carnival that he used to work at, they share a very close bond and he cares about her a lot
-adopted daughter of Gecko
-Due to Gecko being a small dragon, the height difference between them isn’t actually that big, she’s too big for him to pick up, but she can still ride him (kinda like a horse)
-not scared of dragons at all
-may or may not understand dragon
-utterly spoiled by Gecko, he constantly gives her small snacks and trinkets
-was rescued by him when he used to work in a carnival and she was going to be used as an attraction
-while most of them will never admit it, the entire group dotes on her, and always try to make sure that she is safe during their escapades
-the only one with any common sense
-favourite food is rats, Coal usually is the one who cooks them for her, as Gator’s firebreath makes them taste weird. Gecko used to do it via a campfire
-likes to dance whether Gecko plays his ocarina
-usually is sat on the back of Gecko, though sometimes does jump to the others. Gecko usually doesn’t notice and when he realises she’s not on him anymore he panics until he finds her again
-likes to draw on small scrolls
-quite mischievous, often wanders off and gets into trouble, Gecko never disciplines her
-Gator keeps trying to teach her to sneak into dragon’s homes to steal things. Gecko is oblivious to this.
