1. And 7. ??? 👀
1. do you know how you want the story to end when you start, or are you just stumbling through the figurative wilderness hoping to find a road?
So funnily enough most of the times the endings for my fics are actually the initial idea? I usually work my way backwards lmao. Starting with my ending idea and then thinking “okay now what would lead to this.” It’s part of the reason I haven’t extended Repairs and Connections like I wanted to. I had a bunch of ideas but the problem was they didn’t...lead to anywhere? And with all my stuff for DoJ I was like “I can’t afford to start another longfic, but this one with no clear end in sight.”
So longish answer shortened up: Yes I know how I want them to end lmao
7.tell us about one of your characters who’s an absolute joy to write
My problem is I really love writing for like every character I’ve written for for different reasons lolol. Like I love the ability to be deadpan unintentionally goofy for Todoroki. I love portraying Deku’s thoughtful (sometimes stressful!) spirals. And portraying Bakugou’s thought process outside of just rage is super fulfilling too
But honestly I really just, overall, love writing for Ochako. I love it so so much. Writing the first chapter of that Eri thing? It was just so much fun trying to cover all the different things Ochako felt while also trying to keep calm and figure out how she’s supposed to babysit. I think it’s because with Ochako because she’s not like overly anxious the way Deku is or constantly angry the way that Bakugou is, it almost feels like she’s able to feel more unrestrained emotion?
Idk how to explain lmao. She just feels....different I suppose. Sorry if that doesn’t make sense!
Also original character wise I haven’t gotten to write any really in my fics yet but soon!!!
