So my parents forced me to shave my legs. Cuz I’m naturally a v hairy person (apparently I have a slightly higher level of testosterone than average) and they want me to ‘give people a good impressions’ and ‘help me avoid bullying’

eXCEPT I HAVEN’T BEEN BULLIED ABOUT IT IN TWO YEARS

THE MOST I EVER GOT WAS A ‘why don’t you shave your legs?’ WHICH I ANSWER WITH A ‘bc I prefer it this way’ AND PEOPLE DROP IT

LITERALY THE ONLY PERSONS WHO GIVE ME SHIT ABOUT IT ARE MY PARENTS

and now my legs are shaved and everything feels wring the air around it is almost painful and it’s even worse with water and when I touch them and I’m constantly on the verge of crying and I can’t breathe and I feel like someone removed my ribs and they wan t o dsee if i can’t get hormonal treatment or if I can’t see a proffessional to remove my ‘beard’ n ‘mustache’ too even tho I’m better with them and they won’t get the hint that i don’t want i don’t want

I just want to lay down and never wake up

also u dont have to watch book 2 to watch book 3 my recommendation is dont watch book 2 because it sucks (except for the wan eps and the one with iroh) go staright to lesbian season

I would just read the summaries of book 2 (watch only the two episodes featuring the first avatar) and check out book 3. Only disappointment in book 3 is Katara not appearing, otherwise it's a good season in my opinion.

Apart from wan's episodes book 2 is pretty boring and reading summaries'd probably be enough. Book 3 is definetely worth watching though, there's a lot of korrasami interaction and some pretty interesting stuff with the air nomads

Those are good suggestions! Everything I've heard about Book 2 reflects that it was pretty much awful and boring, so...yeah. Hearing this from you all makes watching Book 3...more palatable...and I think I'm gonna do it...yeah. My investment in Asami/Korra and the Air Nomads is too strong. (And the Beifong sisters...!!!)

same problem the korrasami/korra+asami girls interaction seems AMAZING but i don't even have the energy to finish season ONE...

From what I remember of Book 1 it got really awful really fast with the ~love triangle and the way it screwed up the pacing, but the finale is decent....save the very end. But if you do manage to get through it and are considering which way to go from there, refer above! It's really good advice!
