Drempt that the new Ben 10 cartoon had an episode where there were a bunch of aliens masquerading as MIT student working on a dimensional portal in order to collect all the Vilgax of all the different dimensions, fuse them, and use Ultra!Vilgax to wake the Great Old One (Cthluhu).

Ben ended up surrounded and the omnitrix timed out. It was desperate and Ben was scared/worried/questioning whether he had what it takes to be a hero. But in the nick of time, Gwen got the portal machine working and ended up pulling older Kevin from Omniverse who gave a really actually inspirational speech to kid Ben which i wish i remembered. They proceeded to kick serious alien butt and set the machine to self destruct.

Kevin patted gwen on the head before heading through the portal again. Neither kid actually recognized Kevin, and its not like Kevin introduced himself, but Gwen started a major crush the 'mysterious bad-boy hero'.

The last scene of the episode was Ben Gwen and Max in the rustbucket driving away, Max asking what the kids though of college. The cousins shared a wide eyed look behind Max, who is driving and can't see. Then they shrug and Gwen is like "maybe ill go to a trade school" to which Ben says something like "yeah, maybe ill become a plumber" and MIT proceeds to explode in the background.
