Oops, was he? Maybe she shouldn't be so darn pretty. Ever think of that?
"Ah, sorry. Got distracted in my thoughts...Anyways, ya had questions? Wanted me to check Chigo?" What a small lad, a good boy. From what he remembered at least, it had been awhile.
"Right then, where are they??"
“Regardless,” she quickly brushes off the uncalled for staring, busying about the Gym’s entrance hall once again. Overlooking the displays and smiling with a touch of smugness, she swivels around, pleasantly delighting in the surprise Akio is in store for: after all, it’s been well over a year since the last time he’d dropped in for a visit.
“I’m not positive you’ll recognize him any longer, but I digress—“ withdrawing the Pokeball covered in seals designating precisely what’s inside, Roxanne releases Chigo into the foyer of her Gym. Sparkles accompany his appearance, although his towering figure is far from what Akio had seen last, when assisting her in raising the tyke. A roar rattles the display cases, Roxanne flashing a very pleased grin. “Chigo’s undergone some rather drastic changes following your last visit. So tell me—were your pointers applied?”
@wyrmscion:
“Should be very against it.” “Garchomps don’t do it, but Sharpedo urinate through their skin so...Not something a lot of people would wanna taste.”
“Whatever. I don’t really get it. But I think I’ll stick to a good steak.“

“Hiya!“

Unova features quite the impressive culmination of cultures and traditions, urban in’s-and-out’s that never fail to leave Jasmine in utter awe. Much more attuned to the rural countrysides of bustling ports of Johto, places like Nimbasa are a far cry from what she’s accustomed. Still, she’s no stranger to a bit of spontaneity or excitement, every now and again!
“This looks like fun! Amphy Jr, let’s see if we can make it through, yea?”
The traveling pair enter the Hall of Mirrors, a newer attraction within Nimbasa’s growing amusement park. Immediately, Jasmine’s reminded of a more fun, less freezing Ice Path in the form of the many reflections surrounding her, stumbling through each turn, giggling as she goes. Amphy Jr. waddles behind, nervous about each corner they cut. “C’mon Amphy, let’s go thi-” *thud*
Starling a tad, Jasmine gathers herself, her cheeks now red with embarrassment. “I-I’m so sorry, I didn’t see anyone around the way! M-My apologies!”
Hey hey! Decided to finally do this cause I love my girl but this is a blog for Tiki from FE1/FE13/Heroes written by Hypnose! It’d be really cool if you like/reblogged this if you’re interested in interacting with my dragon child. Thanks!
@wyrmscion / Akio (cont.) "Unless yer talkin' about the clothes. Us normal people in Orre don't tend to dress super fancy. Draws more attention that ya might not need. Also sand. It's course and it gets everywhere...So beaten up clothes do just fine." The draconian Pokémon towered over the two, craning his neck down to sniff at the stranger, all while keeping his distance. Yellow eyes focusing down the other.
To say the main foyer of the contest hall was busy would be an understatement. But luckily Lynn managed to find a spot off to the side. She had hoped if kept her head down she wouldn't garner too much attention. After all, she had just finished with a performance and needed time to breathe.
It was only a matter of misfortune that her path to her own dressing room was blocked. The best she could do was cover up her costume with an oversized hoodie. One that her own gorebyss took comfort by coiling up in her lap.
It was just that she couldn't help but notice the trainer with their garchomp. Sure at first glance it seemed rather normal to simple tend to their pokemon. But she was sure they weren't a coordinator. Right?
"Ehh..no no..it's not your clothes. But definitely have that lost sort of look in your expression. Hard to miss, y'know? It's either that or we have met before, but my memory is eluding me" Lynn replied.
"Besides who knows, perhaps your beaten up attire could be a new fashion statement," she bemused then turned her attention toward the draconic pokemon peering down at her.Oh it was way too tempting to reach up and pet it. No, that would be rude. Besides she didn't know what kind of temperament it would have.
"Gotta admit... you certainly remind me of my own sharpedo. She has a way of trying to appear intimidating, too~"
With that she looked back over at Akio "You said you were from Orre. So then what brings you out here?"
@wyrmscion / Akio (diabolically cont.) He had his hand on the wall next to her head, blocking off any chance of escape as he leaned forward. Face to face with the Alola idol as his red eyes glinted, meeting hers. So, so close. His brows furrowed though as he scanned the other's face over...Maybe, just maybe. No, he'll play with her a bit. Shouldn't hurt, right? "Hey missy, so about this morning when you woke me up..."
There should have been plenty of time to make it down to the contest hall for her rehearsals. She already had her stuff gathered up into her bag and her costume tucked under her arm. All she had to do was make it out the motel room door. Simple enough.
???!!?!??
Or maybe not.
Before she could even reach for that handle, she was grabbed by the arm and half spun, until she was pushed against the nearby wall. Pinned was a better way to put it. Akio's hand placement on the wall beside her and hovering form made it near impossible to escape
Oh.
He was asking about this morning.
For once, Lynn had hoped Akio would be plagued with memory issues instead of herself. Her face scrunched up into a flustered expression as she attempted to avoid any eye contact.
"Ehhh...I have no idea what you are talking about," she quipped out blatant lie at the dragon type trainer.
"Maybe you could remind....??" her voice trailed off realizing what sort of can of wurmples she could unleash with that daring question.
