“You know? This might be the craziest thing that we’ve done together” you commented, from inside the fitting room. Outside, Seungyoun hums for a while before answering.
“No, you’ve forgotten about july’s 24”.
“We promised to forget about that night!” He laughed after hearing you say this. The room went silence for some time, but your best friend would break it from time to time to complain about how slow you were changing. It might have sound ridiculous for anyone else, but when both of you heard about how this wedding garment shop was giving off a free meal in a really good restaurant in exchange of trying out their suits and dresses for the couples that were going to get married soon, you two didn’t hesitate to pretend to be one of those couples. The free meal was definitely worth it.
“It’s weird. I never imagined myself in a wedding dress.” You mentioned, looking at your reflection in the mirror in front of you. The main reason why you hadn’t left the fitting room already was because you were too surprised by that image.
“You never thought of getting married?” Seungyoun asked after a while.
“Not really, I can’t even imagine myself in an actual relationship.” you laughed it off, half joking half serious, but Seungyoun didn’t laugh with you.
“Can I see you now?” his voice came out almost as a whisper, only loud enough for you to hear. You did as he asked, seeing him in his white suit. He looked absolutely stunning, as if he was made for wearing that suit, but he for sure thought that you were the one shining in that room, lighting not only this up, but also his own heart.
“You’re the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen” he said, with a soft smile on his face. You may have not notice the way he looked at you with that kind of love in his eyes, and of course didn’t know that he was just thinking that he had to see you wearing a wedding dress once again in the future, the day when he finally marries you.
