So the other day we were watching the Logan trailer on tv.

Dad: Who’s that?

Bro: I think that’s X-22. She’s a defective clone of Wolverine in some versions.

Dad: That doesn’t make any sense. You can’t get a female clone from a male sample by accident. A male from a female, sure. The Y Chromosome is basically a gimpy X.

Me: Can’t you just lose the Y and double the X?

Dad: Not without risking genetic defects, the second X chromosome doesn’t carry the same information as the first. All I’m getting from this is that either that was done on purpose with an X Chromosome from a second donor or that Marvel thinks women are defective men.
