  Cordelia Chase is having the worst summer of her life. She has no money, the worst apartment in the world (or at least in LA) and her acting career appears to be a non-starter. Oh, and as if all that weren't enough? She's throwing up flowers!

Xander's also having a pretty sucky summer. I don't know, maybe they should...talk about it?

4. What acts do the couple do for the other that they absolutely adore? (ex: A knows B hates peeling oranges so A does it)

God. Wow. What a fucking question. i'm literally just sitting here like man what DO they do for each other. i think that when xander goes for food runs he always remembers cordelia's hyperspecific drink order or whatever with weird precision. makes fun of her for it but REMEMBERS it.

cordelia i had to think on. i think sometimes she holds his hand in the hallway or places a hand on his shoulder or something and xander is kind of like. she's touching me? in public? in public where people can see us? and almost dies.

20. What is a secret that only their partner knows?

i mean, canonically, we do have some pretty killer answers to this: cordelia learned about xander's christmas tradition of sleeping outside to avoid his family's drunken fighting, and xander's the one who paid for cordelia's prom dress. those both say a lot.

38. What is something they admire about the other?

i think xander appreciates cordelia's forthrightness -- he does certainly seem to like a girl who says exactly what she's thinking!!

and cordelia....man, this is why they've always got me clawing at walls a little. i think she appreciates the way he's There With Bells On when things start going apocalyptic. she wants a guy who's gonna square up for her! and while they're dating i think she really hopes that xander's gonna be that person for Her.
