Jokes about Fei aside, I have been wondering what the chances are that he actually be added to XBC2. The first and biggest obstacle i see is that last I remember, Square still has the rights to Xenogears. However, Xenosaga is still owned by Namco and KOS-MOS and T-elos are in so you could say there is precedent. The circumstances are different though, in that Nintendo and Namco collaborate differently than Nintendo and Square.

2nd is that Gears is a really old title that hasn't had the ludricous Cross-overs that Saga has. KOS-MOS so far has been in the Namco x Capcom games (5 games with Project X Zone 2 being the most recent), Soul Caliber 3 as an outfit, and Tales of Vesperia as an outfit.

I would absolutely lose all sanity if Fei is added but I just don't realistically expect it to happen. If anyone else if going to be added as DLC cameo, I would say Shion has a better chance since she and KOS-MOS are deuteragonists. Though I fear the sheer level of nerd energy of Shion and Shulk combined would destroy the universe.
