Even though A takes a lot of design cues from Alvis, it’s amazing how different A feels just by placing A next to a different protag.

I expected a lot of different things from Xenoblade DLC but what I didn't see coming is how emotional I would be upon seeing Shulk and Rex all grown up and confident in their position in life

And Shulk is leading Colony 9 and he still does his thinking-pose and gets all nerdy over machines

And Rex is so confident and kind and smiles the same way as he did as a kid

And they are dads!!!

i almost expected them to be weird and vague about the family relationships in future redeemed but then rex literally called dunban shulk’s brother in law and shulk said fiora is the reason nikol’s here

One of the most enjoyable things about Future Redeemed for me was climbing UP to colony 9 and going UP Tantal’s reaches.
