Triple threat match.. (ALL HAVING PROPER PLANNING) Superior Spider-Man vs Batman vs Taskmaster
does proper planning = however long and whatever resources it takes for batman to win.
Taskmaster seems like an odd choice here. Deathstroke would have made a lot more sense.

Batman has access to more tech and resources than SpOck (yeah he could have stashes of stuff from his supervillain days. but not in this fight) but i'm gonna go out on a limb here and say SpOck is smarter than bruce. Yeah he's a great detective and all that jazz. but when it comes to inventing and shit then i think SpOck has him beat.
SpOck has the advantage here as he a superhuman with no obvious weakness for batman to exploit. Unless he could somehow make a spider sense jammer. but he'd have to know about the spider sense. and know how it works. and what it is. and how to stop it.
Even if he somehow found a way to jam the spider sense he still has to contend with the superhuman abilities of spider-man. And the webs. For these reason i don't think Bats could win. Because
SpOck is the better gadget maker
SpOck is physically superior
SpOck has webs and spider sense
And SpOck is more likely to make something deadly.
oh and taskmaster realised he was out of his depth and went home.
