This is about my theory that the Observatory, the Cloudsgate Citadel, Zenith, and Zenithia are all one and the same! According to this, IX would have to occur first. The Observatory was first created for the Celestrians so that they could 'observe' mortals and gather benevolence for Yggdrasil. However, after the Celestrians ascended, the Observatory was left completely empty... just empty enough for a Dragon Deity to settle in. Xenlon, in this case. Xenlon settled down in the Observatory, now called Zenith, and lived there for quite a while. One day, a group of Holy Beings were lost outside of the Holy Lands and found this new Zenith. After exploring a little, they asked Xenlon if they could live there. Xenlon was at first uncertain... however she was with child and really didn't want any humans or monsters to bother her. She accepted under the circumstances that they would turn away any humans and monsters. These Holy Beings, now known as Zenithians, attempted to mask the existence of Xenlon by renaming the place the Cloudsgate Citadel and, in honor of their promise, they named their first King 'Zenith'. Xenlon eventually laid the egg that would hatch and bring the Zenith Dragon into the world. Lord Zenith died shortly afterward and the Zenith Dragon named themself and the place in honor of him... not realizing that he was actually named in honor of Xenlon, as Xenlon had left before they hatched.
