I was bitten by a cleaning bug last week it seems and have since tidied my flat substantially (still not perfectly but closer to 90% than to 50%) and mopped, not only once but twice and it's so nice and clean and ??? I hate that it's not a one-and-done, but rn the satisfaction of having a mostly uncluttered living space is really nice

The American Government in particular, the 15-1900s are what interest me the most. I hate it. I want to overthrow them, throw off the timeline. Ruin the world. I just.. Need a reason. It definitely has been bothering me, though. Numbers have never mattered much to me since I only started this blog to curse everyone and follow up on my secco crack rp tiwtter, but seeing as one repost on Instagram gets 344 likes, more likes + followers on all of my posts combined— I feel a bit down. My art is getting attention, but I don't feel very happy about it. I'm not gaining anything.

Regardless, I'm glad everyone likes my interpretation of secco. Thank you for following and sharing my work. Sorry for the ooc

I have five (5) days off and I am so happy. I may have needed this more than I let myself believe.

I have also finally actually for real finished the Hanahaki AU (vex pointed out that, as I do in too many of my fics, I totally forgot the love confession at the end 😔 This is now fixed). The card shark!Shane 5+1 is posting. Smubbles is running.

Maybe I'll actually get an early night today (I am very exhausted)

Holy smokes, what a ride -- I started writing (and i want these words to) make things right in a haze on December 30th to get it into the @fulfill-a-crave-ing collection, figuring it would take around 15-20k words to resolve.

I just wrote the final scene of chapter 11, making this monster clock in at around 42k words. Far more than I ever expected. I'll have to do some editing, of course, but! It's done! Wow. I feel like i just woke up from a dream.

Which means... new ideas here I come :D

... I just entered something of a fugue state and wrote 5k words of non-Heated Rivalry for a prompt fill and the world is just tilted slightly to the left now that I am back in the now
