Addictional information: Kyung is a poly character, so if one muse comes to be their S/O and the other is the neighbor having a crush on him we can fly with it, but one of them can also be a NPC of course or actually maybe the one living with them just happened then to be a friend instead and the neighbor could happen to assume things.
Kyung grew up in a community of werewolves and no matter how rigid and violent the pack was, there were positive details that could had served him for something.
First, no matter how shy and anxious he was, he was still social and loving, he liked to be around people once getting to know them and feeling comfortable, he shared what he had with others and loved to help others, he liked open spaces and actually -- Unlike his alpha and some others within the pack, he didn’t really gave much mind to territories, so for as long as he could trust someone and know he was safe, he would have his door open and still on the same topic, he still knew how to be respectful of others and their own boundaries.
This all to say, that once finding himself a place to live by, he somehow got himself used along his front door neighbor to keep his door open all the time, even at night, to decide what song to play so they both could hear from one another’s apartment and he even would wag his tail happily once he had their company around on surprise if they decided to come in and he did this as well on his own, by moments he felt like watching a movie with them or just snuggling, yet, once he found himself with someone at home and that person didn’t agree to such conditions, he started to close his door and hoped his neighbor could understand.
He felt too nervous to mention what was happening to them, not knowing how they could react and afraid to imagine that the change could had hurt them, but also didn’t knew if he was allowed to tell knowing the person staying with him was more private, so all he could do was to offer a small smile to his neighbor whenever seeing them by the corridor whenever he was on his way in or out the apartment for whatever reason.
