It seems like her time spent with Eric hasn't mellowed out her relentless adventurous streak at all.

Her finger taps at her lips as she lists these options. The thoughtful look on her face morphs into a more mischievous one, though, and she giggles playfully at the foreign boy.

"That is, assuming you haven't forgotten how to swim again."

Her voice is teasing, though there is a fond note in it that keeps it from being too cruel. Her expression again morphs, though this time into a more serious mask.

"Unless the Heartless are at it again. Then we should probably deal with them..."

She heard the sound of cawing birds first; their screams loud against the backdrop of blue skies as Naminé opened her eyes. As she did, the blonde became slowly more aware of her surroundings, even though her eyes were still blurred from sleep.

It was like she had been born of sea foam –---- her dress soaked and partly transparent as the warm washed rushed up to her hips and receded back into the mass of ocean. Sand clung to her cheek and fell from her hair as she lifted her head from its resting place, and the bright sun warmed her pale skin and threatened to burn her if she was out for too long. It had to be early morning – eight or nine o’clock at best – and in the distance she swore she heard the yelling of children as they arrived to play. But even such tranquil surroundings did not help the confusion that wracked the tiny girl’s brain, or the way she blinked over and over as if that would help clear up her eyes.

‘ I’m…. no….’

Destiny Islands – the home of Sora, Riku and Kairi. This was a place she had been before many a time, but it was always faded memories in a castle full of deception and twisting lies. It was a world she had always wanted to see; if only so she could take in its grandeur and perfect the drawings that she undertook. But the last time she had existed enough to try… she had faded into Kairi. Had something gone wrong…? She tried to think –-- she reached down into the pool of shared memories to try and find something that linked her to the red haired princess.

Nothing.

“H-Hello?” Her voice was shaky as Namine slowly got to her feet. Her legs were wobbly like a newborn foal, and she had to throw her arms out either side to steady herself. Her sight was still out of focus – though [ f u z z y ] instead of [ h a z y ] –-- and she tried to make out the shape that moved towards her. “Who’s there?”
