hello, fellow x-men fans! 

we, at xmenuniverse, would like to apologize for having been away for the past few weeks, but we are back and have finally organized what will hopefully be the first of many appreciation weeks for the x-men, their world and its characters.

this appreciation week will be dedicated to different character dynamics aka different kinds of relationships between x-men characters, such as, for example, romances, friendships, enemies, families...

we have set the date for this aw in two weeks: from the 5th to the 11th of october. pls let us know if this doesn’t work for you, and we’ll consider changing it. we hope this gives you enough time to prepare if you so choose.

we’ve also set up a list of prompts for each day, although pls keep in mind that these are merely meant to act as guides and a source of inspiration, so you are more than free to do something completely different, as long as it still fits the main theme of the aw:

romance

family (this includes blood & adopted family)

found family (a family of choice, deep bounds between people who find each other along the way)

friendship

antagonistic relationship or frenemies

‘it’s complicate’ or ‘opposites attrack’

mentor/mentee

we will be tracking the #xmendynamicsaw tag, so pls, don’t forget to use it within the first 5 tags on your posts, so that both us and others can see your content.

we will accept all kinds of entries and posts: be it fanart, edits, videos, fanfic, etc. as long as it is your own original content.

for general warnings, just pls be kind and respectful of others! general bigot behavior will not be allowed, of course, and we deserve the right to not reblog posts which content we might find hurtful or offensive! otherwise, just have fun celebrating your favourite characters and interacting with other fans’ content!
