Hey, I feel you on this... you can't put yourself down so much. you are doing you, and the best you can. which you should be proud. We all deserve attention even if we dont think we need it.

T_T thank you I took a shower and I started sketching out my unit plan and finally emailed back my professor who was worried abt me and I feel a little bit better but I'm mostly useless??? it's so difficult to do anything. I don't want to be on this planet anymore, really, but I am, so I have all of these standards to live up to that I can't handle. I write essays so well and I get good grades but I'm so bad at anything practical that I worry that I'm a disappointment to everyone who believed in me. it's the same way with personal relationships - I can make myself look so good on paper but in real life I feel like I'm a letdown.

I can. I'm probably just being dramatic. It's pretty swollen, cold, grey and bloody but I'm about 89% sure it's not going to fall off or anything. :) Just hurt's really freakin' bad.
