Anyways Ren and False feel like they’re addicted to each other’s presence and they’re happily clinging onto each other with insane gravitational pull. It feels like they’re not like this with anyone else and they’re special and good friends regardless of what is going on.

But also Ren’s pyramid episode—

Ugh. We really need to get back to operating and thinking more like a system cause we are getting these thin dissociative barriers (like primary / secondary dissociation) cause we are between jobs and its completely dysregulating us trying to navigate it as a whole cause its like trying to act as an ANP avoiding EP parts which isn't productive.

We need to tactically counter balance with our more developed and stable parts and scaffold coping skills to help support the dissociated EP parts.

But man have I not felt the hijacking of trauma parts or near hijacking of flashbacks / parts reliving trauma stuff in a hot while 😮‍💨
