oKAY! I've finally made the art for Hahgoro!! Although he's commonly relaxed and smiley, whenever he got the guts to ask out Lavin, his face darkens and he speaks in a monotone voice.

I wanted to show that with the artwork!

With the Glitch effect it's to show his more, unstable side persay! As he constantly send 'gifts' to the one he admires. So Lavin already knows that this guys is well, distorted!
