How to eat weeds; Yarrow & Red Clover tzatziki sauce
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) was named after the Ancient Greek hero (and queer legend) Achilles. Many cultures have used yarrow as a pain reliever among other things, and has a flavor that I would say is a cross between dill, chamomile, and anise? Earthy and herbal. And growing free in the yard! I had some red clover flowers left over from a failed clover flour experiment, which I thought would add a nice color. Made for a tasty tzatziki. 10/10
