#yarn destash

If I got rid of like. 6 years worth of yarn stash for dirt cheap, would anyone here be interested in it? I’ll do it via eBay but I really just want it out of my apartment and don’t think anyone is going to trust a listing that’s $5 for as much yarn as I can shove in a box.

Some kind of new year's resolution??

I don't usually make any kind of a new year's resolution, and I don't think this really counts either but....

I have a reasonably large yarn stash. (It's not really massive, but it's large enough). There's two storage drawer towers full, a large plastic box, several project bags and a small stack of odd crochet kits and random balls....

I think my resolution this year is to NOT BUY MORE YARN!!!

Unless I really need a particular yarn for a project and don't have what I need, I won't be buying any more yarn or crochet or knitting kits, no matter how pretty or cute or soft.....

If I were to do a destash, would anybody be interested in discounted yarn? I’ve got lots that I don’t use because of the weight, or just because I’ve never found a use for it.

I came back from my weekend vacation to discover I had way over 200 followers!

So in celebration (totally not because I need to destash) I’m giving away some yarn! Free to a good home (kind of, I just need the shipping cost, because $).

These are the yarn that need to be adopted, and I have 10 balls of each:

- Just message me if you want any of them and how many! 

- I would say there isn’t a limit but please don’t ask for the whole lot. 

- If you don’t want any, please help to reblog and spread the word, since other people might do!

- You don’t have to follow me but it’d be nice!

You want yarn? You want some good stuff for cheap? I've got a little collection here I'd love to give a chance to shine in someone else's life!! You're free to ask for brands/weight/etc and I'll give what I know.

Tbh, it's probably going to be pay what you want, plus help cover shipping, besides a few specifics given their retail price and wanting to recover a little of the cost. Anything knit into an item I'll frog+decrimp

I went hard on my yarn stash and made some real progress in creating space

(Spoiler alert: I put the yarn I didn't want on the curb, and a woman walked by not two hours later, took one look, and took the whole bag with her. Love that for her.)

I’m moving soon! But that means getting rid of yarn! I'm going the minimalist route for this move.
