Preparation for the Twelve Days of Christmas miniskein gift sets is well underway. It’s very slow careful work and I’m doing it all alone. I’m hoping to 20g ones will be available to those on the list later this week and the 10g ones next week.

Advent calendars will follow later this month. You can sign up for first refusal via my website (there’s a google forms link inside last year’s listing) but there will likely be a few left over as I’m not expecting everyone who expresses an interest to actually buy. The remainder will go up for general sale afterwards.

Thank you! I’m not quite sure what happened there but I’m extremely grateful! All of a sudden you all liked and shared and folk started buying Advent Calendars. I’ve gone from having only sold 7% to almost all of them having been purchased within about 24h. Seriously, I have never seen a phenomenon like this before, and I can’t tell you how much it means to me. I really actually can’t, because language doesn’t express the lovely mix of gratitude, wonder, and warm fuzziness I’m feeling for you all. So I’ll say a heartfelt thank you. I was despairing of ever being paid for all the work done to create the calendars, worrying about my tuition fees, studio overheads, and how the heck I’d buy presents for my kids but now I will be able to pay myself for December and possibly January too. Many of you will understand how much that matters to my mental health. Thank you. Anyway, I will be prioritising overseas Advent Calendars, which will all go out today. I’m aware you’re being particularly kind since I’m in the UK and you’re accepting international shipping costs and times at this late stage. Again, thank you.
