I have a tale on how I fell in looooove with Matcha (shortly after, Licorice and Butts)
So… I saw on the news that White Lily is out.. and I was like, oh. Gotcha. Lemme reinstall the game after months of not playing.. Boom.. on the gacha screen, there’s the wonderful lady myatcha crookie, smiling at me..
I was like, oh, she’s the gal I like from crob, she’s playable now.. so I pulled multiple times and got her LATE… it was alr tho.. I read thru the Laboratorium story and I was fascinated by her jp voice performance and her, well, being her. Very gremlin, I thought, reminding me back to the time I like annoying characters like Jax and Soichi.. which I was going back at the time
When I saw her interactions with Licorice, I was giggling a lot LOL, their interactions cracked me up like no other, so I started drawing them as siblings, bcs romance wasnt really on my card. I figured Butts, a guy I drew a few days back, is part of the same group, and he’s blonde crazy man, which is reminiscent to my old favs.. (he still doesn’t get the pass for being nightmare fuel tho)
I saw people hating on Matcha before bcs not a lot of people figured she’s lily’s doughter, so I was like, ok, I’m her guardian now
And then it all spirals down to now, where even as my blog is slowly dying, I will treasure her and COD forever, as they still helped me thru my darkest times, and even if I don’t like them as much as I do now, I will respect them as my favs forever
