I think you're forgetting about Castiel being a bulky bodybuilder and Dean a skinny twink. And about the way Dean spray tans Cas' muscles before he has a show and calls him Cassybear to which Castiel always replies with a playful growl. And Dean likes the way Cas is all big and muscly and can trap him underneath him while he pounds his ass. He likes to be manhandled by Cas. After all, Dean a sub. SUBSUBSUBSUB.
