on the case for denki: i think we always forget that UA is not an easy school to get into. like they had a practical and a written exam to get in. (not that i'm saying he scored super high on those) Even putting aside the discussion of different types of intelligence, a case could be made that he suffers academically because he has a hard time applying himself to his studies. I can see it more of a focus/attention issue than intelligence.
