For some reason I had so much energy in the evening, I started knitting pockets onto my favorite cardigan
(it was my first time trying that out, don't judge)
Then cooked dinner, and for the second time ever, tried a yeasted dough.
I didn't look up a recipe, half expecting to fail anyway, and just put water and flour, a little bit of sugar and salt, until I thought "that's what bread dough is probably supposed to feel like"
And. It worked!

Alas it is almost 11pm, I'm really full from dinner, and now this fresh out of the oven bread has to wait until morning time for me to consume it 😪
