Me (and my dad, the saga continues) finally got to watching yellowjacket (so so so good! Actually made me like Hannah, I wasn’t a big fan of her) however I, as it happens with all Joey roles, LOVEEEE his Ethan. Robert’s Ethan kind of sucks ass now that I think about it. Joey’s Ethan is so good, 10/10! As always Lex is 1000/10 and Lauren’s Hannah is 10/10, she really encapsulated Kendall’s already amazing acting! All of the acting is so good in this.
Dad really enjoyed how high quality it was, he never really liked how shitty the general zoom quality was during the beginning of the NMT episodes. But also his favourite episode is the Hatchetfield Apeman apparently so I feel like that’s rather contradictory.
He got freaked out by Otho’s mask??? And I am also confused by it, is it an actual mask with like eyeholes in it?? How do the eyelids move?? How does it work? Anyway it’s sick as hell. Also it’s hilarious that Otho has the body of (presumably) a kid and has the deepest voice ever.
Since I’ve heard a lot about Charles I was disappointed that his last name wasn’t dropped because I thought it would be. I like him anyway. Also I (presumably x2) that the ‘two dead employees’ he spoke of was Ted. I forgot who else died so I’m guessing it was also Ted.
Anyway it was a great episode!! I really enjoyed it, definitely was not what I expected.
But it’ll never top Abstinence Camp & Time Bastard unfortunately. Unless there is an episode with Nick Pete and Ted then there is no dethroning the kings.
