16 and under: was straight, a “girl”, and was just honestly uneducated but aware that I was different.

17 and over until in my 20’s: bisexual, “a girl” and more educated.

Early 20’s: coming out as trans (nonbinary, all pronouns, and planning to Micro dose on T later on in life, Lesbian, didn’t had all these labels before and didn’t label myself until realization)

Now 24: Still Nonbinary, Pansexual, Demisexual, and now coming out as Ambiamorous. I’m proud of me. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

found gacha Yaoi, liked gacha yaoi, grew up shipping male characters together for as far as I could remember. Thought I was trans for a bit because I always cried about wishing I was a boy, I wasn't convinced, so I stopped thinking about my identity. As for my sexuality, I was convinced that the bi flag was the asexual flag for a while. I thought I didn't like men because I was pan before that. I thought asexual meant no sexual or romantic feelings for a while. Then my dumbass found the aroace umbrella, and a few years later (months ago), I thought about my identity, and BAM!

I started out thinking that I was a lesbian! Then I realized that I was ace, then aro so Aro/Ace! After than I thought I was agender, after that I considered that I might be a trans man! Currently I'm very confident that I'm some flavor o' trans masc an' definitely aro/ace! At any rate I'm very queer in multiple ways!

Age 9: [deadname], found out what genderfluidity was and immediately was like that's me. she/he and was low-key transphobic somehow (cognitive dissonance goes crazy)

Age 11: [deadname], genderfluid (still lowkey transphobic but less so) She/He/They

Age 12: [deadname], Genderfluid, Aro/Ace, but I was more in the closet than before, def very quiet about it He/She/They somehow still lowkey transphobic (neopronouns are fake, only normal queers are valid I know I have no idea how I thought that either with the labels I was using)

Age 14: Archer, Genderfluid (Used a ton of microlabels), Aro/Ace, FINALLY a lot chiller about they/them and neopronouns (thanks @skenkyskunk)

Current (Age 17): I'm a lot less picky with labels, but I love using them. He/Any (love neos and ppl asking my pronouns) queer, genderfluid, some flavor of aro/ace, maybe sapphic? i am genderman 10000 genders collected kill em all 2026 etc. @skenkyskunk @buzzcut-boobie <- the people I have to thank for not being low-key transphobic anymore

I need people to stop equating being a lesbian with hating dick. I need that to stop now actually. It’s incredibly exclusionary to trans and intersex lesbians. Also some lesbians are ace and sex repulsed in general. Stop making lesbianism purely about what lesbians bodies are like and what they like in bed.
