Okay, you know what? I'm gonna fucking say it: TRAVIS 👏🏻 IS👏🏻 A 👏🏻GOOD👏🏻 CHARACTER 👏🏻 AND WE WERE ROBBED OF HIM IN THE ADULT TIMELINE

Imagine you're a 16/17 y/o dude and you're forced to go w your dad (who you hate) and your little brother on this trip that you're 100% NOT interested in, with a bunch of girls that you think are ridiculous and annoying (bc you're 16 and angsty and they all know each other except for you), to attend a soccer match for a team you're not even part of (and honestly we don't even know if he LIKED soccer but im gonna go w he could not care less about it) THAT SITUATION BY ITSELF SUCKS ASS and then (bc life's a bitch) the mf plane CRASHES; and your dad dies and you're left to retrieve his bloody corpse that's hanging from a tree bc he's your dad after all (all while you know your little brother, who loved and looked up to your dad, is watching the whole thing) and you probably feel guilty af bc you were mad at him and your last words to him were probably something mean.

AND THEN you're left to face the fact that you're stranded on this place w all of these crazy girls that, whether you liek it or not, are GIRLS and you're A TEENAGER with HORMONES but you're also now in charge of taking care of your little brother bc he's all you have left BUT HE MAKES IT SO HARD BC HE'S A CONSTANT REMINDER THAT YOUR DAD (that tbh got you into this mess) IS DEAD AND YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO HOLD IT TOGETHER FOR HIM

I could go on and on about this but what I mean to say is that, yeah, i think he earned the right to be a little annoying and misogynistic (especially considering it was the 90's??????) and bitchy and I would've loved to see him in the adult timeline struggling w the trauma that he had to go through, being the only one from his family that made it back and having to face HIS MOTHER (whom I have another theory about) ALL WHILE KNOWING THAT HE LITERALLY ATE HIS BROTHER

So yeah, in conclusion I think we should cut teenage Travis some slack
