Anyway as bad as that was, my dog sprained her leg which is 10000000000000 times worse than anything that could happen to me so pray or send good vibes or whatever you're into for her bc she's the purest being on earth and no pain should ever come her way.

wgat does it mean where you have to constantly double check most actions you do to make sure you havent horribly fucked up (ie digging through the washing machine before turning it on bc you are briefly convinced you put your hpone in there even if you knwo your phone is on charge) or you start bracing yourself before walking through censors at a shop bc you have convinced yourself you have done smth wrong and theyw ill go off even if you just payed for everything you got

bc its becoming clear this is not just silliness, idk tho not an expert
