Pro tip to that person asking for character ideas for peeps with mental illnesses /dev disorders: Research the thing. Like, look it up and how it tends to affect people. Use different sources. And remember that the chara is a person first. Not every autistic/schizophrenic/etc person acts the same. They have interests. Hobbies. Families. Sexualities. Backstories. Incorporate the disorder after, don't make it be the entire person.
