the first teen wolf episode is so hilariously dramatic; i laugh every time i rewatch it cuz it's so silly. the way they zoomed scott's inhaler when it flows out of his hand with the dears' attacks, the sound effect that comes with scott opening his hand after derek threw it at him, the focus on stiles searching about werewolves and the scott getting in his room and the clawed chair, the cats getting crazy (and that only happens once, for some reason) derek being completely weird and creepy like a fucking spirit showing up everywhere (which it extends throughout the season, also extremely dramatic itself, and, like, what's lydia and jackson dramatic and noisy turn in scott's direction in the bowling episode, as if he didn't do a strike everyone was going to die or something) scott jumping out of his window in a puddle perfectly for the aesthetic werewolf style. and the lacrosse scene? where that guy—who's definitely not jackson—shot the lacrosse ball in scott's direction in slow motion, as if the world was gonna explode if it didn't make the right shot? oh, i have fun with this shit
