Day 1✨ #JulyToLookWithin 15th - 19th July Balancing pose : I chose Uttitha Hastha Padaangusthasana. One of the most challenging poses that involves grounding oneself - finding balance within and on the outside.🌹 Prompt: How do you work towards a balanced state of mind in your daily life? First : clean surroundings. The more cleaner my surroundings are, the more balanced and calm i feel. Second : Self practice. I include things that i don't *feel* like doing or I'm not comfortable with every other day so I'm able to balance the aspect of the asanas reaction within the body. Third : A balance of Meditation practice along with my yoga practice. Apart from all of this, there are times when the mind is not balanced and you can't do much about it. Letting it be will allow the balance to come automatically. Don't 'try' too hard.
