Dear Friends, Today I am going running, but first I must hit the weights. Later will be hot yoga with an Ashtanga instructor. Some yogis hate taking her class because they are unfamiliar with the practice and think the instructor transitions too fast (but if you hate it, why attend, silly?). I happen to love it because you can't go wrong with Ashtanga in a heated setting. #AMIRITE? Anywho, drop me a line and tell me what you're doing today.
