Day 6 of #YogisIgnite is an #armbalance or an inversion. I needed a colorful photo, for today. It's snowing again, and although it makes me happy, I still need to go to work! So this one was taken by @thejackp8 and is a beautiful example of heat building pose 🔥 although it's better if you practice it when you're sufficiently warmed up. #bakasana or #crowpose is the first arm balance I've ever done, and still, sometimes it slips through my fingers.
