Yokai definition that I'm using:
An ambiguous term that characterizes any supenatural creature (literally means demon, Spirit or monster). Is a generalized class that includes Onis (ogre), Kitsunes (fox), yuki-onna (woman on snow), Kappas (child of the river), Tengu (sacred dog), etc. Generally they have some kind of supernatural or spiritual power wich makes encounters with humans dangerous.
In this scenario you're a Kitsune-Obake
Perhaps the trickiest of all the obakes, the kitsune is a fox. Japanese folklore views foxes as highly intelligent creatures that develop paranormal abilities as they age - typically when they reach 100. Famously advanced shapeshifters, foxes will often assume the shape of a beautiful woman or an elderly man and pretend they need help; but when you get close, play a trick on you.
👻 He genuinely though that you're just a regular ghost, he's surprised when you tell him that, actually, you're a Fox shapeshifter, in simple words
👻 He likes how prank creative you're, you both have a great time pranking everyone else
👻 he really likes petting you in your true fox form he finds you super soft and loves your multiple tails
👻 He always will bring up fox related things when you're chatting, either to make fun of you or because he genuinely thinks you would like seeing/hearing that
👻 PRANK WARS PRANK WARS. You're in a ethernal prank war with him and you have no choice
👻 You shapeshift a LOT to prank everyone especially when Ben is near because he loves that, now everyone in the mansion is suspicious of everything when Ben is around but you aren't is fun!
👻 He's afraid of ageing, so you'll transform in an older version of him because you can, make it swim and he'll pass out poor dude
👻 You're like, super smart and you use it for your advantage when pranking Ben, he pranks others so often that normal pranks don't work on him so you're very very sneaky with yours
👻 He likes to play animal crossing with you for some reason, he's not a big fan of AC but he always suggest it when you're going to play together. Maybe because there's a fox in it and wolves that look like foxes
👻 You can posses people and sometimes you'll posses one of the pastas without telling him and act as strangely as possible to see how long it takes for him to notice, most of the time he does not notice tho so you learned to be pretty obvious, this man does not pay attention to other people
👻 Overall you both have a pretty chill relationship and aren't that really different as a species, both ghosts but you have a fancier name
