No bc im gonna be sooo inarticulate for the moment, the absolute insanity it is for Baran, CLEAR HEADED, multiple strategy, prepared for anything BARAN AL HASHIMI, seeing that Robby is not in a good place, seeing that mentally he is falling apart at the seams, and still finding it in herself to SHARE her diagnosis, her problems, whether it was to show him that she still trusts his opinions as a licensed physician (bc she might be getting worse) or just make it known to connect with him and tell him that it’s going to be okay
And Robby turning around and using that against her to say THAT SHE ISN’T FIT TO RUN THE ED??? mind you, her worsening condition could possibly even be due to some major stress, and YOU WALKIN AROUND BERATING YOUR RESIDENTS AND HIDING SHIT FROM HER ABOUT THE ED SHE IS ABOUT TO RUN IS NOT HELPFUL!!!

I get it, IN HINDSIGHT I GET IT, he wants to leave the ED better than it was. He wants the ED in PERFECTLY capable hands, he’s paranoid that it’ll fall apart the second he goes and he doesn’t want that, BUT HOW DARE YOU USE HER DIAGNOSIS AGAINST HER!!!
