If you're ever having a hard time focusing or just not feeling all too great mentally or you've been stuck on something for way too long, take a walk. Force yourself to put on your shoes, grab a jacket if you need it, maybe get some water and something to listen to music. Don't walk fast. Take deep breaths, feel the wind around you, listen to the noise of your music and everything outside, notice what's around you and don't linger on any one thing too long. Make sure you grab something to eat at some point on your walk. You need sustenance, especially if you haven't eaten anything before your walk. Make sure you take time for yourself and not just forcing yourself into finishing things. The alone, quiet time will do you so much good, I promise.

Please take care of yourself, okay? Have you slept recently? If it's been over 24 hours, you really should get some sleep and let your body recharge! Maybe go to bed early tonight and wake up early tomorrow to get a head start and start the day off on a positive note! Have you eaten recently? Food is very important because it's where you get your energy from! You might not feel hungry, but you might be if it's been a while. Your body stops sending messages to your brain that it's hungry after a while. If it's been a longer time, make sure to eat smaller amounts. If you feast on a stomach that hasn't eaten for a day or so, you'll get seriously hurt. Your body isn't supposed to do that. Did you drink any water recently? Not drinking enough water can lead to headaches and overall bad feelings. Make sure to drink something soon! Have you moved at all? Not to make that sound mean or anything, I just mean that if you've been in one place for a while, you should move about. Get the blood circulating. There's probably some sort of diseases that are prevented if you take breaks every so often and move about, but I'm just guessing here. I just worry sometimes. I know you're capable, and you may have heard it a lot, but just know it's because I care and I don't want to see you get hurt. Thanks friend! -Michael
