We’ve got a lot going on rn as a family. The last few weeks the stress has meant I’ve been struggling and my OCD has been creeping in and telling me the usual crap; that I let everyone down, that I’m worthless, that I only hurt people. I’ve been trying very hard not to listen to that annoying shithead voice, but it’s a battle. I think people need to start realising that we are all worth something, even if you don't feel like you are worth anything. There will always be someone out there that cares for you and cares what happens to you. So start opening your eyes and realise you are living, you are here on earth, you have a chance to make a life for yourself, be happy. Live for those who cannot. Don't listen to the hate, because in reality they are just scared. Scared to be happy and scared to live. Be you, and be okay with it.
