The Hamster Story at The Story Club! It was the day of the hamster at The Story Club this morning! The club's young member Kushagra's two hamsters, Toretto and Jasper, gelled well with the young members of The Story Club, established by our sister concern @taleadoodledoo. You’re sitting at your window waiting for something

Waiting for you?

You sit and wonder if this all that life will ever be

 If not then who?

Don’t eat or drink but sit and watch

Don’t move an inch

Hungry and thirsty but know you can’t move

Can’t even flinch

Not knowing how but the wait is almost up

Look out the window

All you see is a small blue bird on a tree

Your faces starts to glow

The bird sings and your heart soars

Smile it’s time

You don’t understand why for it’s just a bird

Look at the mountain and start to climb

You sit watching for hours on end

Inside you feel alive

Laugh as it twirls and does tricks for you in the sky

In your head you strive

Just as you get used having him around he’s gone

Bye bye

You don’t know what to do, but you remember this has happened before

He looked you in the eye

He comes back once a month, but never stays long

Comes and goes

You live for the days you get to see your little blue bird

Learn that’s just how the wind blows
