I got a voucher for Booktopia (from which I've never before purchased). It's been 3 weeks since I put in an order and there's been no, like, "hey, your items are being shipped!" or anything. :(
They were acquired by another company last year after going into administration and it looks like reviews suggest they're pretty slow but still delivering. I know it was a voucher and therefore I'm not worried about some catastrophic problem with PCIDSS failure or something but... I think... perhaps time to ask?
Like, no, of course I don't need my novel to arrive within three weeks but I would like to know if it has arrived at their warehouse or been shipped or whatever. Have you seen it? Is it on its way? Is there a delay? Your site said it would ship within a week? :(
