In case you haven’t heard, one of our long time loves, NoMBe, has taken painstaking time to re-create his exceptional debut album They Might Have Even Loved Me, a meticulously crafted record devoted to influential women in the LA-based, German-born artist’s life. As we near the one year anniversary of that genre-bending full length, NoMBe has teamed up with a jaw-dropping list of artists to re-imagine its songs. These aren’t just any artists, each and every one of them have been darlings on IHM, too. NoMBe’s ‘They Might Have Even Loved Me- Re:Imagination’ album can be heard in full, here. Some of our favorite tracks include guitar plucking, airy bounding Wait 2.0 with Skott. A few more treats below include Drama 2.0 with RAC and XYLØ, Rocky Horror 2.0 with Transviolet and Maths Time Joy, Sex 2.0 with Young & Sick and VÉRITÉ, and Milk & Coffee 2.0 with Youngr and Kingsbury. As I said, a truly immense list of talent we love join NoMBe on the re-vamped album. We never dreamed of seeing all this acts we adore together, with NoMBe. It’s a testament to how much we all love NoMBe and how inspiring his music can be. Keep up with NoMBe via his website, here.
