I call my oldest niece, Mia "my sunshine" because she was born and brought a lot of light in my life when I was going through difficult times which started me on the beginning of my yoga and healing journey in Bali. Guess I shouldn't be surprised that she has such a keen interest in all the yoga, meditation and all the weapons of light and balance⚔️ ✨I gathered along the way and that have become a permanent part of my life.
