Not a bad life
Just a bad day
Last time I checked, broken crayons still coloured.
With suicide rates 30% higher since 1999, and the deaths of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain, I couldn’t not say anything. My friends friend recently committed suicide at the age of 13, and there was nothing I could do about it, but if I can help just one person with this post I know it’s worth posting.
Each and everyone of you have something to bring to this world. You are worth it. This is a sign telling you not to commit suicide. I know it may be rough right now but everything will pass.
Like said by Samwise Ganmgee in Lord of the Rings “sometimes you didn’t want to know the end, because how could the end be happy? how could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened. But in the end, it’s only a passing thing, this shadow, all darkness must pass, and when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer.”
I am proud of you for making it this far, and I believe in you to go farther, and achieve your dreams. You are alive. Utop of a floating rock in an endless cosmos. You were chosen to be alive. If that makes you feel small here’s a poem
Quote that is not mine that I found on the internet: “it’s funny how people say they want to die when actually they want to start living.”

Don’t Judge What’s on the Outside
Today I had a friend walk into school looking happy, but I felt something was off about her. So I called her over to some place private and I asked her what was the matter. Right when I asked her her smile disappeared. That’s when I knew something was wrong. We both sat down at a table and told me what happened. (I am not putting what happened to her on here because it’s personal) She started to cry in the middle of our conversation. I knew what to say. I know I was a little harsh at the beginning, but after I told her the cold hearted truth she listened to me more. After a few more minutes, I told her no matter what you are never alone. You always ALWAYS have someone that will be there if you need them. No matter if it’s a person you just met or if it’s a life long friend or family there is always someone out there to listen and be there for you. Also, try to keep a positive mental attitude and call if she needed anything. By the end of the conversation she started to cry more, but not because she was (maybe a little) it was because she knew I was there and her friends and family were there, and no matter where she was I would be and her family and friends would be there for her.
The point of this story is, if you notice someone is not acting the way the always are, or there is something off. Try talking to them and see what’s going on. Thnx guys for reading this. I hope to see you guys in the next post. Buh Bye

Take deep breaths.
In through the nose, out through mouth.
Try to relax your body, start from the head and down to your toes.
If you have enough room try to stretch a little. focus on your form and your breathing.
Count to 100 and back in your head, taking deep breaths with each number.
Drink some water.
